Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions of Booking
1. General
- By enrolling a student in our classes, workshops, or events, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
- Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed once full payment (or a deposit, where applicable) has been received.
- All students must complete a registration form prior to attending their first session.
2. Payments
- Fees must be paid in full prior to the start of each term or block of sessions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may result in the student’s place being released.
- Fees are non-transferable between students or terms.
- Fees cover 42 teaching weeks, with payments evenly spread over 12 months (Christmas, Easter & Summer holidays excluded)
3. Trial Bookings
- Trial sessions may be offered for new students at a reduced or set rate.
- If a student chooses not to continue after the first trial session, the trial fee is non-refundable.
- If the trial includes two sessions, and the student decides not to attend the second session, no refund will be issued for the unused class.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- A minimum of one month’s written notice is required to cancel a booking or withdraw a student from classes.
- If notice is given less than one month before the next payment due date, the following month’s fees will remain payable in full.
- Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions, illness, holidays, or late attendance.
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class (e.g. due to instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances), an alternative session or credit will be offered.
5. Attendance and Conduct
- Regular attendance is encouraged to ensure progress and group cohesion.
- Students are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and peers at all times.
